Every Wednesday, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, there will be a Creative Writing Group at American Legion Post 310. It will be led by Bill Hofeld who currently teaches composition and literature courses in the English Department at Rockland Community College and has previous work experience as a journalist. Whether your goal is to someday see your name in print, or just make sure you leave a well written memoir for your grandchildren, your journey can begin here. All work groups are free to all U.S. Veterans and Gold Star mothers & family. The work groups are sponsored by the Rockland County PFC Joseph P Dwyer Veteran Peer Support Program. If you have questions or wish to register, contact Veterans Outreach Admistrator; Sharon Bailey at (845) 521-9440. Otherwise just show up Wednesday at 3pm.
